As a traveling wedding photojournalist based in Central Virginia, I am available to capture your special day anywhere across the USA. When it comes to your photos, I want you to have access to everything you need to fully relive and cherish your wedding day for a lifetime. That's why I offer full wedding day coverage, high resolution digital downloads, an online gallery for easy downloading, and two photographers to capture every special moment. Plus, every photo is professionally retouched to ensure the highest quality and perfection.

Finding the perfect match is a magical feeling, and that's exactly what we strive for with our couples! My team only takes on a handful of weddings each year, so that we can provide our best service for each.
Our couples typically book us 6-8 months in advance, and sometimes even earlier for September - November dates. If you're feeling the spark and want to see if we're the right fit for your big day, don't hesitate to fill out the contact form!

I cannot deliver my best work unless we're on the same page and that's why I make sure you don't feel uncomfortable in front of me. I offer complimentary engagement sessions specifically for this reason. I want you to be able to just enjoy your wedding without having to be worried about me or my camera.

I literally cannot do my job without you which is why I require a consultation first to make sure we're a good match. It is so important that you trust me for your wedding day and that I'm the style of photography you're looking for!

After our consultation, I will send you a quote that includes a contract and invoice. Once you've signed the contract and paid the non- refundable retainer then you're officially booked! If an engagement session is part of your package we'll get to planning!

I offer timeline assistance and resources as part of what I do. I've done this a few times so I have a good idea of what works and what doesn't! If you're working with a planner I'll make sure to communicate with them so we capture everything you're looking for! I'm not a 'show up, shoot, and leave' type photographer. This is your big day and I want to make sure I've got you covered!

After all that planning, your wedding day is finally here!! My goal as your photographer is to be as prepared as I can be so on the day of the wedding, you aren't worried! I'll have your photo list at the ready and a prepared list of family you want photos with (trust me, it helps so much with making sure we get everyone!) That way you can sit back and immerse yourself in the beautiful celebration of your love.

Within 48 hours of your wedding I'll send over some sneak peaks (trust me, I'm just as excited as you are!). After that I'll be spending the next 6-8 weeks personally editing every photo to make sure its the best! You'll have access to all the available hi-resolution images once they're in your gallery and can download, share, and print directly from it!

Emie was such an amazing photographer! Since my initial phone consultation, I knew she would be the perfect person for our elopement! She went above and beyond our expectations and made our special day better than we could’ve imagined! She captured not only photos but our emotions and memories that we made. She took amazing photos, gave amazing advice on what to do in the area, and basically planned our entire elopement. She ensured that our day was smooth and completely stress free.
